1.How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification email containing your tracking information.
2. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Within 48 hours
3,Do I need to pay extra for international orders?
You will be responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes that apply to orders shipped outside the United States. (Domestic orders include product cost and applicable sales tax only.)
4,What if the item I receive is defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, missing and/or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once you receive your package, please include your order number, photos of the item, and all relevant references. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
5,What if I forget my password?
On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” You will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
6, What if I enter the wrong email address?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but not your order.
